Shipping policy

Shipping Information

We’re a small staff excited to get your order to you from our Atlanta office, and glad you shopped with us.

Timing

  • We pack and ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During busy periods (March, September, and December) we ship all week.

  • Most items are shipped within two days of order receipt. Orders received after 3pm on one shipping day are not processed until the next shipping day.

Costs

  • Shipping is automatically calculated based on what you've ordered, its weight, and where you live. 

  • We work with major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to find the best pricing, timing, and rates for your order. 

Special Handling/Requests

  • If you need specific delivery arrangements, please let us know in the order notes. 

  • We try to honor all arrangements, but sometimes that is not possible. When that is the case, we’ll send you an email for next steps.

  • We no longer offer local pickup in Atlanta, Miami, or New Orleans.

US Shipping

  • Most shipping for US-based addresses does not exceed $12 no matter how much you order.

  • There are some items, like artwork or Artist Editions, that will cost more due to insurance, their size, weight, and/or packaging required.

  • We do ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPOs.

International Shipping

  • We can and will ship to all countries except those restricted by law.

  • Shipping internationally can be expensive, and we've done our best to find the lowest rates possible.

  • Custom clearance is highly variable – some shipments will arrive in as little as a week, others take as many as five.

  • Orders may be be subject to duties or fees accessed. We do not control those, and we ship as best we can DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Unfortunately we cannot predict all duties or fees, of their timing.
