Shipping, Refunds, and Returns
Shipping
We ship printed matter (readers, zines, books) and merch via USPS or FedEx. All fine art is shipped via FedEx and is insured in transit.
We endeavor to ship as soon as we receive your order, but we are a small company. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive tracking information. If you need an item quickly, email us at [email protected].
Returns and Refunds
Purchases are returnable for 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of apparel.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Event tickets/passes
Sale items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
Once sent, refunds can take up to five business days to complete. Check your bank or credit card account if you haven’t received a refund during this period.

Exchanges
